Gordon Brown Promising Support He May Not Be in Office to Oversee!

Gordon Brown’s making promises that may not be his to make in Afghanistan.  He’s pledging that there’ll be support for our troops there for a few years but considering he doesn’t have guaranteed support for his own office for that long, it’s quite a rash promise to make.  It is however good to hear that our troops out there aren’t forgotten.  Too often the only news we hear about these military personnel is when one of them is killed in action.  Usually the war news is concentrated around Iraq and ignores the extreme shortages that the soldiers who are assigned to Afghanistan are enduring.

Although both of these postings give little in the way of creature comforts to our boys and girls serving in the military, Afghanistan is one of the world’s most hostile natural environments to have to live in, especially for those not native to it.  Yet it seems the media treats this more as a second >

The current Prime Minister may be giving out promises that he’s not able to keep, or perhaps he’s even committing a new Government to an even greater challenge than the one already facing them, but at least he’s been there and is shining a light on this section of our military personnel.

Things seem good on the work front. Check out the new design on the perlane injections pages
